(1) Vendor needs to provide data management support services to the government authority located in Alaska.– Provide geoscience data and interpretation services to support the permitting and leasing programs, primarily through data management, seismic data loading, and geophysical interpretation activities in support of offshore conventional energy.– Geoscience software includes (but is not limited to) S&P Global Kingdom, SonarWiz, and Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS Pro. – Additionally, subsurface and geospatial interpretations have been migrated to virtual machines hosted by Azure to better meet the needs of our SMEs performing analytical work.– Assist Data Managers with testing and developing virtual desktop technology by interfacing with IT staff and providing input.• Analyze the business data process, procedures, and desired outputs to identify problems and determine optimal solutions. • Use process/workflow software such as Microsoft Visio or PowerPoint to create process and workflow models and documentation. • Develop data documentation, metadata, and data process flow diagrams. • Develop validated data acquisition, development, interpretation, and publication workflows for geoscience data that meet underlying resource evaluation business processes.
