TRANSPORT-11722 - USA (Washington) - Customs Brokerage, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Services - Deadline August 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide customs brokerage, trade compliance, and logistics services to the government authority located in Washington.– The supplier shall assist with export–related shipment requirements when requested, including documentation support, regulatory screening, and logistics coordination for outbound shipments to international or remote destinations.– The supplier shall provide guidance regarding tariff treatment, duty–free or reduced–duty eligibility, special import programs, and other customs–related cost mitigation opportunities.– The selected suppliers must be able to act in a consultative role with decentralized campus departments that prepare and maintain shipment documentation. The supplier shall coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and U.S. and foreign customs authorities as needed.– The supplier shall coordinate with export controls and other compliance personnel regarding shipments subject to U.S. export regulations, sanctions, licensing requirements, or restricted–party screening.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
