(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consultant services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.• Professional design services existing conditions assessments, programming and project scoping and cost estimation, project design, bidding, construction administration, and project close–out. • Provide as basic services as part of the design team the following sub–consultants: architect, environmental engineer, civil/site engineering, structural engineering, engineering, kitchen consultant, acoustical consultant, energy modeler, theatre consultant, landscape architect, surveyors, roof consultant and any other special consultants additional services.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
