MRB-55622 - USA (Wisconsin) - Marketing Campaign Development and Implementation Service - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing campaign development and implementation service. – Provide on–call, as–needed integrated marketing services, including consultation on strategy, creative development, design, creative content production, advertising campaign planning and management, and media planning/buying, in support of agency’s public health communication efforts. – Services may include strategy development, creative design, production, media planning and buying, campaign execution, reporting, and related support services.  – Establish a pool of qualified marketing agencies to support agency’s ongoing and emergency public health communication needs.– Ensure agency has flexible, timely access to strategy, creative, production, and media buying services.– Support equitable, accessible, and culturally responsive public health outreach across diverse audiences.– Improve efficiency and readiness by reducing the need for repeated procurements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
