(1) Vendor needs to provide Armory renovation services to the government authority located in Augusta, MI.– Addition for a supply room– to include a vault, office, and unit cages.– Remodel of the men’s and women’s latrines, showers, and locker room.– Remodel area for a lactation room.– Upgrade existing windows and interior sills.– Electrical upgrades required for new addition/renovation work.– Fire suppression system upgrades for addition/renovation work.– Updated existing lighting to LED.– Site work to include relocation of fencing and utilities as needed.– Replace original mechanical units.– Remodel of existing office space.– Complete design of new motor vehicle storage building.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre– proposal meeting will be held on July 29, 2026
