MEDI-8016 - USA (Albany, New York) - Mediation Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mediation services on an as–needed and non–exclusive basis to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Services:• Case acceptance: Accept mediation assignments from the agency, promptly disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, and decline assignments where impartiality could reasonably be questioned.• Case preparation: Review case information provided by the agency, participate in pre–mediation communications as appropriate, and coordinate scheduling with the agency.• Conduct mediation sessions: Conduct mediation sessions consistent and accepted professional mediation practices.– Conduct such sessions while facilitating respectful dialogue, promoting communication and mutual understanding, assisting participants in identifying issues and exploring potential resolutions, maintaining neutrality throughout the process, ensuring that each participant has an equal opportunity to be heard, managing discussions in a professional, respectful, and trauma–informed manner and, maintaining order throughout the mediation session.• Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all mediation proceedings, execute any confidentiality agreements required by the agency, securely maintain and dispose of any records received.• Documentation: Mediator shall provide the agency, such administrative documentation as is necessary to indicate whether mediation occurred, whether the parties participated, and whether mediation was completed.• Training: Complete all required initial training before receiving assignments.• Availability: Make reasonable efforts to conduct mediation sessions promptly following assignment and within the timeframes contemplated by agency.• Professional standards.• Maintenance of impartiality.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
