(1) Vendor needs to provide industrial hygiene services to the government authority located in Manassas, VA.• Asbestos–Containing Materials– Provide asbestos–related consulting and industrial hygiene services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Services may include:1. Building inspections and surveys to identify suspected asbestos–containing materials.2. Collection and laboratory analysis of bulk material samples.3. Review and interpretation of existing asbestos inspection reports, management plans, drawings, and laboratory data.• Lead–Based Paint and Lead Hazards– Provide lead–related assessment, design, monitoring, and compliance services. Services may include:1. Lead–based paint inspections, risk assessments, and hazard evaluations.2. Collection and laboratory analysis of paint–chip, dust–wipe, soil, water, and other applicable samples.3. Identification and evaluation of lead–containing coatings and materials that may be disturbed during maintenance, renovation, or demolition.4. Preparation of lead abatement or lead–hazard control designs, specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and bid documents.• Occupational Exposure Assessment– Provide occupational exposure evaluations for chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards. Services may include:1. Development of exposure–monitoring strategies and sampling plans.2. Personal and area monitoring for airborne contaminants, including dust, fibers, fumes, vapors, gases, and aerosols.3. Evaluation of noise, heat stress, cold stress, illumination, vibration, radiation, and other physical hazards.4. Assessment of potential biological exposures and workplace sanitation concerns.5. Evaluation of employee work practices, engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
