(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Sonora, CA.– Engineering, including but not limited to Structural, Mechanical (including HVAC systems), Electrical, Plumbing, Civil/Site, and Traffic– Cost Estimating Validation– Landscape Architecture– Surveying– Utility Locating– Architectural Design– Building Remodel and Renovation Design– New Building Design– Space Planning and Programming– Energy Efficiency and Building System Improvements– Preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates– Permitting and Regulatory Agency Coordination(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
