(1) Vendor needs to provide claims management software.– Claims management software (CMS) applications to utilize in the handling of the City’s workers’ compensation and liability claims processes.– Self–insured for workers’ compensation and liability claims.– Responsible for the handling of workers’ compensation claims and one employee handling liability claims.– Provide technical support services to implement the software application and maintain it such that the application complies with all applicable rules, statutes, standards or provisions.– Translate, convert, “data–scrub”, and transfer all data from Microsoft SQL Server databases to the newly provided system to maintain data continuity and integrity, and to retain current information without data loss.– Transfer or migration of all data from the City’s existing claims management software system to the newly provided system without loss of data.– The provided system must include an “ad hoc” report generation component that can be employed to query on and report on any data element housed in the system.– Graphing & charting capabilities, with multiple types of graphs/charts to select from, with ability to “switch“ from one type of graph/chart to another so that user can choose the most favourable as a final selection.– Full integration of payment processing application with existing City systems.– Automated updating of all files/tables impacted by processing of a payable/payment request.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
