PHAR-2222 - USA (Ronkonkoma, New York) - Pharmacy Inventory Service - Deadline September 22,2026

Vendor needs to provide pharmacy inventory service to the government authority located in Ronkonkoma, NY. – Pharmaceutical–cost–management program must be data driven.– Advances in information technology have made drug usage data more accessible and sophisticated, and effort should be spent to manage and analyze these data.– Pharmacy management must also take advantage of the data available in its own facility.– A key component of this data is the value and distribution of the Pharmacy medication inventory and the rate at which that inventory turns over.– To achieve these benefits a certified Pharmacy inventory of the medication supply must be conducted twice each year by an external provider. – Must be competent in providing Pharmacy Inventory Services.– Must be able to send at least an 8–10 person team.– Team must include a defmed supervisor/team leader.– All team members are background checked and drug tested prior to being contracted by the inventory company.– All team member names can be provided to Pharmacy, up to two–weeks prior to on–site visit.– All team members will be identified by uniform and an inventory company photo ID badge.– On–site visit must require no more than 3–weeks lead time to schedule.– On–site visit must take no more than one business day.– Must be able to start on–site visit by 7 :45 am on scheduled day.– Must be able to complete physical count in 3–5 hours from start time.– Must demonstrate high level organization while on site.– Must review the inventory with Hospital Pharmacy Leadership before exiting for the day.
