EQU-19482 - USA (Benton, Arkansas) - Body Worn and Vehicle Camera System - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide body worn and vehicle camera system to the government authority located in Benton, AR. – An updated body worn, vehicle camera and digital communication and management systems.– Provide 86 Body Worn camera systems for all employees and 2 spare cameras for backup.– Provide 56 Vehicle Camera Systems which include front and rear cameras in most vehicles with routers.– One body worn camera refresh mid–term for all body worn cameras.– Body Worn cameras to include uniform mounting systems.– Migration of data from the current system to new storage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
