(1) Vendor needs to provide probation case management software.• To provide and implement a software solution that encompasses the management of adult and juvenile probation cases, as well as management and monitoring.• Provider will manage and implement the software in alignment with the functional and technical requirements, in accordance with the methodology described herein, and enable the County to utilize the Software.• Responsible for transition to support• The system must be able to print through the Nevada Wide Area Network and internet protocol via various printers.• Cloud–based application printing needs to be secured ensuring there is no third party activity.• The system must accommodate multiple browsers and support the (W3C) and HTML 5 standard• System must be compatible for use on multiple computing platforms including mobile devices• System must be able to integrate with mobile applications allowing for push and pull of data, documents and images directly to and from the offender file.• Must include support of current Microsoft Office versions• Must support print–to–pdf functionality• Must support use of industry standard reporting tools including Crystal Reports, Power BI, Visual Studios, etc.• The system must be scalable to accommodate twice the number of users and three times the database size for at least 5 years. • The system must allow users to search, query, and summarize the data.Reports should be able to show graphs, charts, or other graphical representations of data.• Online manuals in PDF format and online video that are up–to–date.• The system must provide a context sensitive help selection that can be accessed from any screen that displays help related to the screen in use.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
