(1) Vendor needs to provide general contracting services to the government authority located in Westborough, MA.• This project is to perform asbestos remediation, disposal, and generator waste disposal shipping. Work areas include:• Small area on two sides of a HVAC duct. This area shall be large enough to allow the installation of a duct access panel on both the bottom and one side of the duct. • 535 square feet of flooring in a maintenance shop office area. • 30 square feet of flooring in a maintenance shop bathroom. • Flooring base cove areas are included. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
