(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Identify investment philosophy and strategy for a public–sector.– Identify approach to preservation of principal, liquidity management, diversification, yield optimization, and management of interest–rate and market risk.– Establish process for developing and maintaining an appropriate maturity structure and investment strategy based on cash–flow requirements.– Initiate purchases and sales of securities on a discretionary basis.– Identify and communicate portfolio, market, credit, liquidity, regulatory, and other material risks.– Submit monthly reports on investment activities, earnings, the value of the portfolio holdings, and projected cash flows.– Provide quarterly investment reports to the investment committee including, but not limited to, a description of market conditions, investment strategies employed, performance and suggested changes to investment strategy and any other information the investment committee may deem necessary for the investment.– Prepare the minutes of the meetings with the investment committee.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
