CONS-22976 - USA (Upton, New York) - RFI for Construction Manager as Advisor Service - Sources Sought - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager as advisor service to the government authority located in Upton, NY.– projects requires excellence in project management practices, both functionalrequirements practices and business practices.– The CMa (Construction Manager as Advisor) will be required to use sound, disciplined, and upfront project planning. – Effective communication will be critical and must be established amongst the integrated project team.– The CMa shall provide the project management resources, tools, and interpersonal skills used to manage a CMa project team and partner with the broader team of A/E, BSA, and specialty consultants.– It would include, but not be limited to, consideration of all parties’ interests and requirements; fostering clear, objective communication among all persons who are involved; development of mutual goals and objectives and strategies for implementation and periodic objective evaluation to ensure these goals and objectives are being met.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
