CLEANING-13924 - USA (Marina, California) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Marina, CA.– A complete work schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual services for all facilities. The schedule shall include a set day and location for review meetings with the City's Supervisor or designee.– The City shall provide consumable supplies including toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, toilet seat covers, waste receptacle liners, feminine hygiene items, deodorizers, and deodorizer batteries. The Contractor shall refill or restock dispensers.– Emergencies. Contractor employees shall report to emergency personnel situations such as fire, smoke, unusual odors, broken pipes, or floods and shall take appropriate safety measures.– Perform light cleaning, remove waste receptacles, and restock restrooms.– Clean and remove waste receptacles from break rooms.– Report repairs or damage by providing an email with photographs, location, date, time, and description of the repair or damage.– Provide one week's notification for work requiring coordination with City staff.
