(1) Vendor needs to provide youth part evaluation services to the government authority located in New York.• Development of a standardized evaluation framework across all participating pilot sites. The framework should ensure clarity on what data must be collected, how it should be collected, and how performance will be assessed over time.• Assessment of program implementation and service delivery processes.• Collection and analysis of stakeholder feedback on program implementation.• Documentation of referral pathways and coordination practices across system partners.• Analysis of participant engagement, program completion, service utilization, and behavioral and compliance outcomes.• Conduct cross–jurisdictional comparisons to identify trends, promising practices, and opportunities for continuous quality improvement.• Coordination with community–based service providers collecting participant services and outcome data within each pilot site.
