Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility site stormwater improvements service to the government authority located in Port St. Lucie, FL.• Project Overview– The initial phases of the Northport Site redevelopment (Phase 0 & Phase I) include site clearing, demolition of former wastewater treatment facilities, and construction of a new master stormwater system. – These improvements will prepare the site for future civil and vertical development.– Later phases (Phase II and beyond) will be procured separately at a future date.– Work Included in Phase 0 & Phase IA. Clearing & Grubbing• Clearing and Grubbing of approximately 3.5 acres on the north portion of the Northport site.• Removal of vegetation, organic material, debris, and unsuitable surface materials.B. Demolition & Removal– Demolition and removal of all structures and systems associated with the former wastewater treatment plant, including:• Existing Structures (above–grade and select below–grade)• Ponds and basins• Stormwater infrastructure• Miscellaneous appurtenances related to the abandoned plant– All demolition debris must be removed from the site and disposed of per applicable regulations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026 (4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026
