(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic control services to the government authority located in Roanoke, VA.– Responsible for developing a traffic management plan, assist in making major field adjustments to the work zone and set up, monitoring, and removal of the traffic control.– Traffic control services will typically be scheduled and completed during normal authority business hours Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, except authority holidays.– Able to do so on a 24–hour emergency services basis.– Contractor must have 24–hour contact number and be able to verbally respond to the authority’s call within a 30–minute time frame and have the requested support services at the jobsite within 2 hours.– Day time flagging operation.– Night time flagging operation.– Job cancelled before or after setup.– Unplanned mobilization.– Emergency mobilization.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
