(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering design services to the government authority located in Alhambra, CA. – Developing engineering design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for the pavement rehabilitation of various local streets.– Project management/meetings, utility company notification and confirmation, records research, field review, topographic survey, cost estimates, preparation of construction plans and specifications, striping plans, bidding and construction support, and mylars as described below.– Pavement analysis and design services to develop pavement rehabilitation recommendations for each street section, determining potential new pavement structural designs that might be required, evaluation of alternative treatments, and construction support.– Construction plans and specifications.– Topographic survey.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
