(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based portal design and maintenance software for creating an intuitive, public–facing digital “one–stop shop“ that enhances community engagement, streamlines resident access to public services and securely integrates complex payment and communication tools with the City's existing software infrastructure.– The City seeks to create a public–facing, accessible and user–friendly resident web–based portal that serves as a unified “one–stop shop“ to enhance community engagement and drastically streamline access to local services, such as resident event ticket purchases, ticket distribution and other administrative needs.–Portal design; development of secure user profiles for service registration, renewals and online payments; account management and transactions; automated verification of Residence Benefit Card (RBC) eligibility; targeted push notification capabilities specifically for RBC holders; event and facility management; an event calendar; e–commerce capabilities and scalability to add other features as needed.– The platform must not exist in a silo; it requires robust API connectivity to communicate effortlessly with the City's existing software programs, specifically including secure integration with a Revize–managed website (if possible), Transpay and Tyler Payment systems.• Automated verification of RBC eligibility;• Targeted push notification capabilities specifically for RBC holders;• Integration of an event registration and waitlist management system (e.g., BNP Paribas Open resident tickets, seasonal events, Community Activities Committee events);• Implementation of a centralized community calendar;• E–commerce functionality for the purchase of City merchandise (e.g., license plate holders);• Potential API development to the City's Revize–managed website;• Direct and secure integration of online payment options, specifically Transpay and Tyler Payment software, featuring automated confirmation notifications and PCI compliance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
