ITQ #26089 - NPDES Sediment Removal Wilburton Pond

The City of Bellevue seeks a contractor to remove approximately 222 cubic yards of contaminated sediment from Wilburton Pond to meet NPDES requirements. Work includes dewatering, sediment removal, thermal treatment (incineration), and installation of necessary site controls such as fencing, signage, wattles, and tree protection if required. The project must follow the City’s Clear and Grade Permit, including attendance at a pre-construction meeting. Prevailing wages apply, and payment will be made in one lump sum upon completion by September 30, 2026 .
