(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health provider consultative services to the government authority located in Irvington, NJ.           – Provide part–time, morning and afternoon, counseling support and intervention services from to identified students as needed throughout the District.– The counseling support and intervention services program will focus on fostering and supporting: social, emotional, and coping skills, as well as self–regulation for a designated period of time for students.•  High School Special Education students (grades 9 – 12) at Irvington High School and High School Special Education Students (grades 9 – 12)provide comprehensive mental health and behavioral health services at Irvington High School. – Services will include crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, parent and teacher trainings, school wide events and community involvement.– This program will require three full time clinicians, providing 150 hours of clinical services per week, and 40 hours per week of intern hours.(2) The contract period will be one year.
