(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA support service to the government authority located in Asheville, NC. • Provide technical integration/consultant support services, provide routine troubleshooting, emergency after–hours support, PLC/HMI programming, network security, and software updates• Provide long term flexible solutions that include the most appropriate technologies; with the end result being the continued support and improvement of instrumentation and control systems needed to manage a water system during system failures and emergency situations.• Investigate, evaluate, calibrate, configure, troubleshoot, and report on existing control systems• Functional descriptions of the block diagrams describing the overall system operation, interaction between system elements, system response time estimate, fail–over procedures, and system and operator interactions• Control and instrumentation panel design, drawings, submittals, and construction• Wiring loop diagrams for all panels and signals in the control and information system.• As built drawings on control panel and control system components.• Troubleshoot existing and new instrumentation and control components• SCADA development• Report development• Networking (topology and security)• Radio telemetry (site survey, design, installation, and configuration)• Routine in–line process instrumentation cleaning and calibration services• Urgent programming modifications(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
