ESTATE-11836 - USA (Florida) - Land Acquisition Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land acquisition services to the government authority located in Florida.– Consultant responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following: – Identifying appropriate available lands, mapping, and acquisition strategies. – Conducting site evaluations as needed. – Coordinating with County staff, including attendance at team, advisory board, and County Commission meetings as needed. – Coordinating due diligence investigations, reports, and other requirements and resolution of issues discovered during due diligence period. – Coordinating with federal, state and local government agencies and private organizations involved in land protection and acquisition. – Exploring and implementing alternatives to fee simple title acquisitions when appropriate (e.g., conservation easements, preferential tax assessment programs, etc.). – The Consultant shall assist the County in real estate transactions and will provide the suite of functions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
