(1) Vendor needs to provide scott house renovations services to the government authority located in Novato, CA.– Selective demolition and removal of existing construction;– Remediation of lead–based paint on all elements of building interior, exterior window sash and front door and interior double door. Some demolition and remediation have been completed;– Rehabilitation, repair, and alteration of the existing historic building, including preservation and repair of character–defining architectural features and finishes;– Structural modifications, repairs, reinforcing, and new construction required to accommodate the proposed improvements;– Exterior building–envelope improvements, including roofing, flashing, waterproofing, siding and trim repairs, window and door rehabilitation or replacement where indicated, painting, and related weatherproofing;– Interior architectural improvements, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors and hardware, casework, finishes, toilet–room improvements, and associated accessibility upgrades;– Construction of new and reconstructed front porch, stairs, railings, guards, and associated foundations and site connections, generally matching and complementing the historic character of the building;– Installation of a new limited–use/limited–application (LULA) elevator, including hoistway, pit, structural support, machine/control space, electrical service, fire/life–safety interfaces, accessibility components, and related architectural construction;– Accessibility improvements throughout the project, including accessible entrances and routes, toilet facilities, doors and hardware, signage, and associated site improvements;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
