QUALITY-3147 - USA (Yemassee, South Carolina) - Professional Building Inspection Services - Deadline November 13,2026

Vendor needs to provide professional building inspection services to the government authority located in Yemassee, SC. – Services required include, but are not limited, to the following:1. Inspect new and existing residential properties for conformance to codes, regulations, plans, specifications and standards related to foundations, framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, housing, access, life safety and other functional elements.2. Inspect at least individual homes, that may be rehabilitated by the Owner–Occupied Rehab program.3. Prepare line–item cost estimates of work to be performed (Public Body Estimate) in a timely manner adhering to the Walk–Through Schedule4. Assist in conducting proposal openings/review and calculate accuracy of all proposals awarded.5. Maintain knowledge of Lead Base Paint regulations and requirements for abatement.6. Consider any need for change orders and to withhold final approval of work until corrections are made.7. Conduct final inspection and certify that work is completed to necessary specifications and industry standards, and provide After–Market Values of rehabilitated homes
