Professional Design Services for Fire Station No. 3

Notice is hereby given that the City of Tucson, hereinafter referred to as "COT" is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP process to retain ONE (1) CONSULTANT to provide professional design services for the construction of a new Tucson Fire Station No. 3. The estimated construction budget for the project is $5,800,000. The City anticipates using the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) project delivery method for this project. COT invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) relating to this solicitation. A Screening Committee will evaluate firms’ qualifications and experience with similar projects (Step 1). Up to THREE (3) firms will then be invited to participate in a presentation/interview (Step 2). The firm determined to be best qualified based solely on the presentation/interview will then be invited to enter into negotiations with COT for the contract.
