(1) Vendor needs to provide managed security service to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide off–hours primary coverage, platform tuning, and operational support for agency's strategic security stack. – Support and enhance our security operations program.– Provide weekend, overnight, and holiday primary coverage of the technology, with defined escalation paths and situations to agency.– Assist with tuning, enhancing, and fixing alerts, automations, and core data sources to ensure the district remains as well protected as possible from cyber threat actors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on September 28, 2026.
