(1) Vendor needs to provide User Experience (UX) design consultant service. – Provide user experience (UX) design consultant to create an accessible, intuitive, and person centered user experience for public facing materials and systems.– Design agency will have specialized user experience and interaction design capabilities and a deep understanding of individuals' long–term care needs to design and continue development of the cares digital platform.– Include the design and development of portability of benefits and AI components for No Wrong Door (NWD) to blend with the work that has already been completed.– Web site or software application wire frame design – basic blueprints that help teams align on requirements, keeping UX design conversations focused and constructive.– Wireframes show the design team and stakeholders the bare–bones outlines of essential webpages, components, and features.– User journey mapping centers the experience on how a user persona engages with your product’s functionality and interface.– User testing of design mock–ups and live software a tool and process to gather feedback from current or potential future users on the quality of the design and if it is likely to result in the desired outcome.– User interviews and research a qualitative research method where product teams or UX researchers have guided, one–on–one conversations with actual or prospective users.– Usability testing a research method where real users interact with a digital product to evaluate its ease of use, intuitiveness, and overall efficiency.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
