Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Architectural and Engineering services that shall include to; program phase, schematic design, design manual, construction documents and construction administration for the Project.  • The design service disciplines anticipated to be provided by the consultant are as follows: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil, Structural, Asbestos Abatement and AV–Data–Security systems.
