(1) Vendor needs to provide physician assistant and advanced practice registered nurse coverage services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.• Consulting physicians are available 24/7 for all facilities and some facilities have physicians on–site.• Conduct physical examinations.• Take medical histories.• Diagnose medical conditions.• Order tests and x–rays.• Devise treatment plans and prescribe medications.• Perform inhouse procedures such as: laceration repair, joint injections, toenail removal, incision and drainage, etc.• Specialty consultation examination and treatment may be provided upon the recommendation of the contractor but must be preapproved by the department’s medical advisory committee.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
