(1) Vendor needs to provide state intergovernmental relations and lobbying services to the government authority located in Incline Village, NV.– Provide year–round state intergovernmental relations, legislative advocacy, lobbying, regulatory monitoring, and strategic advisory services.– Relevant bills, amendments, hearings, deadlines, and other legislative developments,– The current status and anticipated progression of monitored matters,– Activities performed on the district’s behalf,– Communications with legislators, legislative staff, agencies, associations, and stakeholders.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
