(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical distribution engineering support services to the government authority located in Marblehead, MA.– Support development of designs and specifications for neighbourhood–level distribution projects served by both overhead and underground infrastructure.– Develop plans for two capital projects each quarter, on average.– Demonstrate expertise in cost estimating, electrical power systems and civil engineering, geotechnical studies, public procurement requirements specified by applicable agency laws.– Support the development of a comprehensive assessment of the electrical system to determine critical vulnerabilities, identify priorities, and outline options for near– and long–term solutions.– Detail how support will be provided for the investigation, design, specification, bidding, and construction administration of overhead and underground electrical distribution projects.– Include communications, coordination with staff, availability for site visits, scheduling considerations, and relevant partnerships with third–party specialists.– Demonstrate vision for vulnerability assessment.
