(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous materials management and analytical services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Regulated and hazardous materials management and cleanup:– Waste sampling and waste characterization.– Drum handling.– Drum over packing.– Waste transportation services.– Waste disposal services.– Hazardous waste manifesting and associated paperwork.– Contaminated soil or groundwater or free petroleum product treatment, removal, and disposal.– On–call 24–hour emergency spill response.– Implementation of subsurface investigation services including:– Soil boring and well installation utilizing conventional drilling and geophone methods.– Test pit excavations.– Soil sampling and characterization.– Groundwater sampling.– Bedrock sampling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
