Provide a designated Account Manager and Account Management Team.b. Provide a dedicated toll–free number for enrolled members.c. Attend Client meetings via videoconferencing or in person as requested or requiredd. Provide performance guarantees for the implementation of the programe. Provide the client with comprehensive communication toolkit• Secure Internet Accessa. Access to a portal that allows employees to view their account balances and account activity(ies), and secure email messaging.• Annual Open Enrollment Supporta. Prepare and provide Benefit Presentations in collaboration with the Stateb. Attend Annual Open Enrollment Meetings as requested.• Debit Cardsa. Issue debit cards• Claims Administrationa. Provide claims formsb. Receive claims and process payments of benefits in accordance with the plan designsc. Correspond with participants if additional information is necessary to complete the processing of claimsd. Determine benefits payable under the Plan, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the State’s benefit plan.e. Comply with federal and state lawsf.
