(1) Vendor needs to provide site development and renovation construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Palm Coast, FL. – Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation, adaptive reuse and expansion of the existing fire station and construction of an expanded parking lot to serve the on–site facility and the adjacent agency center. – Provide construction management services as appropriate.• Preconstruction phase:– The construction manager will submit for approval by the architect and the agency’s representativesapplicable cost, sustainability, energy and time savings programs.– The construction manager will be required to work with and coordinate activities with any additionalcontracts or contractors that agency engages for the project.– The construction manager will provide input and assist architect and agency with identifying phasedimplementation plan and associated budget for each phase for the build‐out of the entire project.• Construction phase:– Regular weekly job site meetings.– Maintain daily onsite project log and schedule report which shall include verification of background badge check.– Oversee quality assurance testing and inspection programs. – Monitor construction management staff and subcontractor work performance for deficiencies.– Maintain record copy of all contract documents, change order, and other documentation on site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
