(1) Vendor needs to provide third party property management services at market rate and subsidized affordable housing properties throughout the city to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– A third–party property management service provider to manage one or more potential acquisitions– To establish a master service contract that includes a flexible management fee matrix to allow for individual management contracts to be awarded for one or more of these properties, and possibly additional properties in the future– Development and/or implementation of management plans for each managed property.– Residential leasing strategy and administration, including management of the application process, occupancy, waiting lists, rules and operating policy alternatives.– Property bank account setup and administration.– Property income collection.– Recruitment and training of site–based property management support staff.(2) A pre–submittal meeting will be held on August 21,2026.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
