(1) Vendor needs to provide aquatic monitoring, water quality and vegetation control servicesto the government authority located in Avondale, AZ. • Aquatic monitoring, inspection, and reporting:– Water Quality Testing and Monitoring.– Golden Algae.• Data collection and reporting.• Aquatic vegetation and algae control: cattails, bulrush, and any vegetation extending above the waterline shall be treated as part of routine maintenance.• Algaecide and herbicide applications.• Equipment inspection and maintenance.• Floating debris and trash removal: – Remove floating debris, trash, and organic material from the lakes during each service visit.– Remove debris from the water surface and shoreline areas to maintain the lakes are free of visible debris upon completion of each service visit.– Arrange for and provide all transportation, handling, and disposal of collected materials.– Properly dispose of all collected materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 2, 2026.
