Vendor needs to provide homeless crisis response system to the government authority located in Shelton, WA.                • Scattered–site Permanent Supportive Housing  • Expansion of the Community–Based Behavioral Health Rental Assistance Program • Scattered–site emergency shelter for households with minor children • Seasonal, cold–weather, night–by–night emergency shelter (October 2026 through April 2027 or based on proposal) • Non–profit leadership and board development • Behavioral Health–focused street outreach operated by a licensed Behavioral Health Agency • Other requests are allowable
