(1) Vendor needs to provide exclusive non–alcoholic beverage service.– Provide event centers anticipate granting to the contractor specific rights to sell, promote and advertise their products in the concession areas of the event centers.– Supply, service and maintain state–of–the–art coolers and other equipment necessary to promote the sale of beverages in the event centers.– Event center personnel to determine the best use and need of resources.– During private catering events, including suite holders, and athletic activities, soft drink products may be donated or requested from a soft drink supplier, which may not be the event centre’s beverage partner.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
