Description
The Housing Authority of Washington County (HAWC) is seeking bids for a flooring installation services contract for their residential properties. HAWC manages a diverse portfolio of properties that vary in size and type from single-family homes to multi-family apartment communities. The services to be included in this firm fixed-price contract will be on an on-call basis and will encompass the removal, disposal, preparation, and installation of carpet, sheet vinyl, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The Contractor will also be responsible for making any necessary repairs to non-structural substrate surfaces to ensure that the products are installed in strict adherence to the manufacturer’s instructions and approved industry standards.
