EDUCATION-18044 - USA (Contra Costa, California) - Teaching Pyramid and Child Development Support Consulting Services - Deadline September 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide teaching pyramid and child development support consulting services for its early childhood educations programs to the government authority located in Contra Costa, CA.– Recommend, implement, and support program staff in Teaching Pyramid practices and other child development best practices, including classroom management, positive teacher–child interactions, instructional support, and health and safety compliance.– Develop, recommend, implement, and train program staff in promoting social emotional competence, addressing challenging behaviours in young children, and developing safe and nurturing group environments for all children.– Documentation and Reporting: Coaches will document services through the County’s established demand and reporting processes.– Ongoing Collaboration: Coaches will meet regularly with Education Managers, Assistant Directors, and site leadership to provide updates, share observations, and align on coaching strategies.– Coaching Team Meetings: Coaches will participate in monthly coaching team meetings (including Education leadership, mental health staff, and program representatives) to ensure coordination, consistency, and cross–disciplinary alignment.– Staff Feedback: Input from teachers, Site Supervisors, and Assistant Directors will be incorporated to assess effectiveness, responsiveness, and impact of coaching services.(2) A bidder’s conference will be held on August 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
