(1) Vendor needs to provide water resources master plan update services to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.– Scenario planning development and implementation.– Land use, development, and water and wastewater demand analysis.– Water resources portfolio review.– Hydraulic model update and systems evaluation.– Water and wastewater capital facilities.– Integrated water resources master plan.– Asset management.– Establish planning boundaries and the planning period– Geographic information systems (GIS) data (ex. – on–project member lands, on– project non–member lands, off–project lands)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
