ELECTRIC-0921 - USA (Wyandotte, Michigan) - Downtown Holiday Lighting Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown holiday lighting services to the government authority located in Wyandotte, MI.– Provide all required lighting materials, installation hardware, connectors, power cords, adapters, and supplies.– Perform installation beginning on or around September 28th, 2026.– Provide a schedule of necessary rolling parking space closures to the city prior to installation.– Conduct as–needed inspections and monitoring before, during, and after the date of installation through the end of takedown.– Install lighting on trees along the east and west sides.– Install lighting along oak, elm, maple, sycamore, and eureka (from Biddle extending westward to third street, second street or the alley as applicable.– Provide lighting for fountain area trees and shrubs, including LED displays.– Provide lighting for clock tower legs, canopy, and adjacent area.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
