(1) Vendor needs to provide death identification service to the government authority located in Tigard, OR.– Pays retirement benefits to which need to end upon the death of a benefit recipient. – Death records are needed to identify and verify deaths to prevent overpayment and retirement benefits.– Provide an independent third–party death registration source that draws from additional death registration sources to which currently does not have access.– Population:– 420,000 members.– 168,000 benefit recipients.– Estimated frequency of batch transmittal of up to once per month.– Transition services:– Vendor will perform any requested transition services which may include analysis, data migration, configuration, implementation services, consulting services, and providing data to in a suitable format via electronic submission.– Elects to include transition services, such transition services will be included via amendment.– The awarded vendor shall provide with full access and possession of all created materials, data, and records that pertain to the services described in this solicitation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
