(1) Vendor needs to provide file archival and pre–press software. – Provide comprehensive scalable software solution to manage and optimize workflows from file intake through pre–press to file delivery to our digital presses and wide format printers.– File Ingestion: Provide automated solutions for intake of client artwork files in a variety of formats including flat PDFs, native Adobe files, and more.– Pre–flight and Correction: Help reduce time manually fixing minor errors such as bleeds, transparency issues, low–resolution images and missing fonts.– Workflow Automation: Allow for customized workflows that streamline file intake and imposition for a wide variety of print jobs.– Variable Data Printing: Provide high–speed processing for jobs over 5,000 records.– Software–as–a–Service (SaaS), university–hosted, hybrid, and other deployment approaches.– Providing and maintaining the underlying infrastructure platform and its availability unless otherwise agreed.– Application installation, configuration, administration, and support.– Application upgrades and lifecycle management.– Application performance and troubleshooting.– Dynamic Imposition: Automated imposition for ganging, step–and–repeat layouts and multi–page books.– Proofing: Automated creation of low–res and high–res soft proofs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
