DRA-11582 - USA (Denton, Texas) - Streets Condition Survey Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide streets condition survey services including subgrade data and to deliver the condition assessment in a file geodatabase with accompanying written report to the government authority located in Denton, TX.– The condition data will be uploaded by the contractor either to the city enterprise asset management (EAM) software database or to an geodatabase, depending on which option is determined to be more feasible and agreed upon during contract negotiations with the selected vendor.– Asphalt surfaces: rutting, cracking (transverse, longitudinal, and alligator/pattern), raveling, patching, and potholes– Concrete surfaces: faulting, cracking (durability, linear, and corner breaks, etc.), patching, corner spalling, and assessed slab count– Crossfall and grade– GPS coordinates and date–time associated with all data streams– Data summarized and aggregated to block–to–block segments as provided by City GIS(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
