EXTRA-72789 - USA (Jersey, New Jersey) - Curb Management Enforcement Technology and Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide curb management enforcement technology and services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ.– Install parking enforcement and curb management technology (“Curb Management Technology”) in order to improve safety, promote the free flow of traffic, and reduce chaos associated with illegal parking and loading.– Continuous monitoring of certain curbside areas of the City–owned public right–of–way, including but not limited to: commercial loading zones, school loading zones, bus stops, bicycle lanes, crosswalks, sidewalks, fire hydrants, driveways, and other areas designated as No Parking, Stopping, or Standing through cameras and/or sensors.– The ability of such cameras and/or sensors to register the presence of a motor vehicle or other object in certain curbside areas and report general, anonymized curbside usage data to authorized City–selected personnel.– The ability of such cameras and/or sensors to analyze observed data and/or images and compare to established business rules defined by the City to determine if a violation of the business rules has occurred.(2) An informational meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
