The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport Authority is seeking bids from qualified firms experienced in the construction, installation, and testing of hydronic mechanical piping systems, centrifugal pumps, and HVAC Chiller equipment. The proposed Work includes the following: Replacement of existing water-cooled centrifugal chiller with new air cooled chiller. Replacement of chilled water circulating pumps. Replacement of air separator, expansion tank and other hydronic accessories. Demolition of existing cooling tower and condenser water circulating pumps. Hydronic piping modifications.
